Moty Assaban – Architecture and Design

The studio takes on a wide range of projects servicing the business and private sector.

The studio is led by designer Moty Assaban, a graduate of the Brezin-Shaham design school. Moty has been active as a freelance designer for 15 years, providing services to a wide variety of clients.

Active since 2000, the studio has been commissioned to work on retail stores and businesses, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, offices, private residences, furniture, lighting, etc.

The studio provides services in planning management, project management and supervision from the initial concept stage, through the program and design vocabulary building stage, through final delivery. Additionally, the studio assists in budgeting, material specs and purchase orders and overall vendor relations.

The studio’s design methodology is based on a deep study of the client’s needs and analysis of the project’s environment, years of experience in selecting materials that go hand in hand with the new design idea, while preserving the best of the original architecture.

The studio employs 3 designers with a wide range of expertise who serve as an extensive and varied knowledge hub.

הסטודיו פעיל משנת 2000 וכולל פרויקטים רבים ומגוונים כגון: חנויות ובתי עסק, מסעדות, בתי קפה, ברים, משרדים ובתי מגורים, ריהוט, גופי תאורה וכו’.
שרותי הסטודיו כוללים בין היתר: עיצוב, ניהול תכנון, פיקוח וליווי הפרויקט משלב הרעיון וגיבוש הפרוגרמה והקו העיצובי עד מסירתו ללקוח. קביעת תקציב והכנת כתבי כמויות, ליווי הלקוח בהסכמים מול הספקים השונים.

מתודולוגיית התכנון והעיצוב המוצע בסטודיו מתבסס על לימוד מעמיק של צרכי הלקוח וניתוח הסביבה בה הפרויקט נמצא, נסיון רב שנים בבחירת חומרים ההולכים יד ביד עם הרעיון העיצובי מחד, תוך שמירה על יתרונות האדריכלות המקורית מאידך.
בסטודיו מועסקים דרך קבע 3 מעצבים בעלי התמחויות שונות ומגוונות המהווים מרכז ידע רחב ומגוון.
